Why a bike fit?

Everyone is different, and how we sit on the bike is very personal. During a bike fit, we look at your individual performance. We also consider your specific goals. There are quite a few adjustments you can make on a bike, and all these adjustments influence each other. For example, if you change something with the cleats, it affects how you sit on the saddle. You could say that each adjustment is a piece of the puzzle that is the overall cycling position. During the bike fit, all these components are carefully adjusted so that you ultimately achieve a balanced and dynamic cycling position on your road bike, mountain bike, or time trial/triathlon bike. Your body is positioned on the bike so you can get the most out of it in terms of performance and comfort.
