Return procedure (online):
If a product isn't the right size, or if you're not satisfied with the product you ordered, that's no problem. You can easily return it to us. We'll explain how this works below:
You can easily register a return through our customer portal using your track & trace code and postal code. You can also indicate why you're returning the product and indicate in the comments whether you'd like a different one.
We don't offer a free returns policy (we'll explain why below). However, we do offer competitive shipping rates, often lower than those offered by various delivery services' parcel points.
Is your product damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards? Please feel free to contact us. We can provide a free return label, but this only applies to quality issues or incorrectly delivered products.
All return packages must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package to our warehouse at Van Heemstraweg-oost 4 in Zaltbommel (5301KE), Netherlands.
Orders shipped with a parcel service other than DHL/Mypracel:
Some items/orders are shipped directly from our suppliers and are therefore not visible in our customer portal. To return these products, simply follow the procedure below.
Would you like to take advantage of our reduced return rate? Please contact us. Make sure you have your order number ready (you can find it in the confirmation email you received from us).
Return procedure (offline/via supplier)
Want to exchange an item for a different type or size? No problem! You can return it to us within 30 days.
To do this, please complete this returns form and include it with your return shipment. We recommend reordering the correct item (for example, in a different size) directly from our webshop. This way, you'll receive the new product within 1 to 2 business days (if in stock) and you won't have to wait for your return to be processed.
Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, of course! We'll refund your money as standard, unless you've specified otherwise. Prefer a different size? No problem, you can easily let us know through our customer portal or returns form. You can return an item within 30 days, as long as it hasn't been worn or used (trying it on is welcome, of course!). Please make sure the product is undamaged.
Once we receive your return in good condition, we'll refund the amount within 5 days. This will be credited to your account via our payment provider within 3 business days.
Exchange/return conditions
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please retain the shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition. Ensure the packaging remains intact and the product is undamaged and clean (unwashed).

We don't have a standard free returns policy. If an incorrect or defective product has been delivered, we will, of course, provide a return label. Below, we'll explain why we don't have a free returns procedure:

Returns have a significant impact on the environment. Each returned package requires additional transportation, which results in increased CO₂ emissions. By charging a fee for returns, unnecessary orders and returns are reduced, which is more sustainable.

Try to shop consciously. Ordering online is quick and easy, but double-check that you've chosen the right product and/or size/color. Ordering the wrong product can always happen, and it can lead to unnecessary logistical burdens.
