Description

SRAM’s evolution of the XX1 groupset proudly bears the “Eagle” name, a fitting nod to freedom and range. While the previous 11-speed XX1 cassette’s 10-42T range often forced riders to compromise on either top-end speed or climbing power, the 12-speed XX1 Eagle cassette breaks through those limitations. With an impressive 10-50T range, it offers the same gear range as a 2x drivetrain but with the simplicity, light weight, and efficiency of a 1x setup.

The SRAM XX1 Eagle successfully combines the advantages of both 1x and 2x systems, delivering a gear ratio of up to 500%, comparable to dual chainring systems, but without the need for a front derailleur. Whether you’re conquering steep climbs or riding fast descents, with Eagle you’ll always be in the right gear.

X-Dome Technology: Lightweight and virtually indestructible

The XG-1295 Eagle 12-speed cassette features SRAM’s proven X-Dome technology and is one of the strongest and stiffest cassettes on the market. The cassette is completely machined from a single solid block of steel, providing unparalleled strength and stiffness while keeping the weight low. Only the largest cog – 50T – is made from lightweight aluminum for optimal performance.

Compared to its XX1 predecessor, the individual sprockets have been further optimized for even smoother shifting and better chain guidance, resulting in an unparalleled riding experience in all conditions.
